TIAFLBLAH: JB story Ep. 5

*Carter already dropped off Justin and Ashlie, so with Carter taking Ryan home*
Ryan- *turns to her*
Carter- Why are you staring at me?
Ryan- *purses his lips together*
Carter- What is your deal?
Ryan- You. And your stuborness.
Carter- Is that even a word? ..
Ryan- I dont know. But you get my point.
Carter- *stops the golf cart* Okay cya.
Ryan- What? I live two blocks over.
Carter- Well that sucks. Cya.
Ryan- *sighs and gets out* Whatever.
Carter- *drives off* Thank God. *gets home* Dad im home!
*no answer*
Carter- I said dad im home!
*no answer*
Carter- *walks into her dads office and finds a note*
Hey C, Sorry im not home right now. Me and Riles are at the vacation house down in Tampa. See you um.. next week? Well maybe. Not really sure when we'll be back. But have fun on your own. I left some money for you on the kitchen table. Well whatever, cya later honey. Kisses from Tampa! -Dad.
Carter- Well then. Walks down into the basement and grabs a bottle of wine from the wine cabinet. *takes it upstairs, and lets it get cold then just starts chugging it from the bottle* Hmm. *thinks for a minute* Ya know what. I'm gonna stand those little preps up. I bet they've done it to a ton of people themselves.

*It's 9:57 pm*
Ashlie- Where is she?
Ryan- No one is ever late to meet us.
*It's 10:30 now*
Ryan- She stood us up.
Justin- *pissed* Let's go. *they leave*
NEXT DAY
Ryan- *sees carter walk in* Look who actually showed up for something.
Justin- *looks at her*
Carter- *sees them staring at her and smirks*
Ryan- First person to ever reject you offer to be in our group.
Justin-She didn't! She just, um. Didn't feel like comin i guess. She looked kinda sick yesterday at school.
Ryan- Nice excuse. But far from the thruth. You just can't take it that a girl finally showed up that isn't gonna be hypnotized by your famousness.
Justin- Is that even a word?
Ryan- Why does everyone keep asking me that? *walks away*
Justin- Wait. I bet i can make her one of us, AND make her prom queen by the end of the school year.
Ryan- *grins* A bet you say?
Justin- *smirks* What is the wager.
Ryan- *bites his lip for a second* I got it. *whispers the wager to Justin*
Justin- *listening* Perfect. Gonna suck for you when you lose.
Ryan- Whatever, Beaver.
Justin- It's bieber, dude. You know i'm self-conscience about the name calling.
Ryan- *walks away laughing*
AT LUNCH LATER
Justin walks through the lunch line and gets his "special" food from a lunch room lady thats like in love with him. He went and sat down his food at the back table with Ryan,Saige,Mikey J, Ashlie, and Elise Claire. "I still don't understand how you get gourmet food, and we get "recycled" junk. I absoluetly can't eat this crap! " Ashlie said pouting. Justin pushed his plate over to her, "Here. It's yours. I'm not hungry anyway. I'm making sure i keep my body lookin' good for football starting this afternoon." Justin said smiling at her. He then looked over and saw Carter standing in the middle of the lunchroom debating on where to sit, then just walking back down the hallway. "Um. I gotta go" Justin began to say while getting up. "Where to?" Ashlie asked anxiously. He thought then hesitated but eventually spit out "The bathroom." He then got up then followed Carter down the hallway. He watched her go into the science lab then he looked around and followed her in. She was startled to hear the door open and close behind her. When she saw it was Justin she made a disgusted face "I don't have time for this" she said to him. She then tried to push by him and walk out the door but he wouldn't let her by. "Not so fast.. Carter." He said winking at her numerous times. "Do you have some sort of twitch?" She asked him. "Or is that just your sad attempt at trying to be sexy?" She added. He laughed at her, "You know i'm sexy. Your just not willing to admit it." He said sweetly. She then tried to push by him again,but he wouldn't let her. "Um. Do you not get the hint? I didn't show up to the beach last night. Which means i probably didn't want to see you.Okay?" Carter said with attitude. "Honey you are stretching the truth to the max. I'm probably all you think about." Justin responded. "Keep dreaming." she replied getting impatient. "You may not like me. But you still have to do the project with me, Carter. So come to the football field around 6 tonight and i'll take you to my house from there." he smiled after talking. "Lucky me." Carter sighed before finally pushing past him. Justin then smiled before walking back to his friends in the lunchroom.
