There are no english ones of the original captain future tv show, even though it started as an american comic, odd but thats how it went, and for some reason no one has created an english sub of it yet.

the soundtrack of the German version changes the character of the whole show.
The Japanese original is much more self-serious in a Star Trek kind of way.
The Germany version is totally grooved up by Christian Bruhn's great Disco-Funk.

*g* it's funny to watch the japanese episodes, but playing the theme from the german episodes at the right position :) what a great mixture :)
