  • @SingleMaltTv i just like the taste of the 18YO more than 25YO although the 25YO is much much more smoother.

  • @BrandonBlaze904 You mean 25YO?

  • @DaemoniumCC We might just take you up on that next time we cross the Bosphorus. Cheers.

  • @SingleMaltTv 18 YO is better

  • @MMU88881 stupid question.

  • @SingleMaltTv Unfortunately no, and good scotch is pretty hard to find. It's not a big culture over here, and it is pretty hard to find good single malts. And when we do, it is usually double the price of what is paid in the EU and US, due to high tax rates. In any case, I would love to share a single malt with you guys if you ever come back to visit. Cheers.

  • @DaemoniumCC Hey thanks...and I love Istanbul. Spent four weeks filming in Turkey several years back for a documentary. Had a ball and were treated like royalty by the very friendly people. Any good whisky joints in Istanbul? We might have to schedule a trip to do some filming there...would be a hoot. Cheers.

  • @SingleMaltTv I will definitely be picking up a bottle of the 25 year old as soon as I glimpse one. My curiosity is in full effect now! I would also like to thank you gentlemen for the outstanding videos. Keep up the great work! Greetings from Istanbul.

  • @DaemoniumCC We have to agree with you on that. Until we shot this segment we had never tried the 18 YO, generally preferring single malts also, but we were amazed at how good it was. Next time you are out and about, step it up one more notch and try the 25 YO...we rate that as one of the best whiskies we have ever tasted and the 18 is very close behind. Thanks for the comment.

  • A friend picked up a bottle of this for us last night, and we were both amazed at how good it was. We both like the 12 year old, but we usually prefer single malts (Lagavulin 16 being one of our favorites) and this blew us away with how rich and smooth it was. Definitely recommended.
