3D House Animation - Walk-through

This is my 3D custom house plan created in Punch Home Design Architectural Series 4000 v10. The animation path walks through all 3 floors about 4 feet high. The video is only 7 fps with fast anti-alias, no shadows, and took 24 hours to render on my (slow) laptop. Yes, it's probably too fast but to make it longer and slow it down would probably take 48-72 hours to render and I can't be bothered.

how do you make the basement?

Punch has 3 floors available. Use the first floor as basement, second floor as your main floor, and third floor as your upstairs (bedrooms etc).

Punch has a feature called animator. I used that to make a drawing path around the house and exported it to avi. Be careful with your settings because it will take forever to generate if you set it to the highest detail setting. Then on youtube, upload the generated avi. Send me the link if you get it to work!
