I wrote an article on high low attacks. The basic idea is the more you get your attacker's or opponents hands moving the better the chances of you hitting him.
Good video and backdrop. I've been in sales over 30 years
You kept your website in the video during the whole demonstration without taking up space by writing it onto the video itself

this is very good, i can apply this to my mixed martial arts striking, though i do muay thai i always wanted to add chinese martial arts to it particularly the fast rapid strikes u see in alot of styles. plus it prepares me a little when if i do start goin to a 7starPM school where i live

thnx for this video! i actually realized that there's a sequence in a mantis form im practicing that is very similar to the chain that u demonstrated. now, with the knowledge of high low, i can start taking it apart nd applying it. thank you very much!
