  • Do you know which species in the Southwest bears large numerous nuts? They're just prohibitively expensive to buy

  • they might be high in fat, however not all fats are created the same and don't cook them it destroys the nutrition of it...

  • There are as Siberian pine nuts (cedar nuts) (pine sibirica), growing in Russia, which are a delicacy for locals

  • pine cones? like the pine trees here in canada? any old pine tree? i might have to try these, although heating may de-nature the fats and RUIN the nutritional value.

  • don't eat pine nuts from china ,you will be sorry everything you eat after wards will taste bitter for up to one week ,this is not a joke look it up for your self

  • Great video. Thanks, but I bet you haven't tasted Afghan Pine nuts. I have seen and eaten these nuts, but they are very very tasteless. Although, Afghan Pine Nuts are a bit smaller, but they are very tasty. They are more expensive than these ones, but it's worth it. Anyone interested, could easily get it from Afghan stores, but they are in their shells. I have never seen Afghan Pine nuts to bee sold without shells.
