'A Three Hour Tour"

There are two problems in the timing. The first is the 31 minute difference between timers (rocket timer vs Daniels timer next to the helicopter)

Here is the second timing problem:

The rocket was launched from the freighter 80 miles off shore, right?

Both timers display elapsed time in HH-MM-SS format (Hour-Minute-Second)

Both timers show an elapsed time of around 3 hours (approx, average)

Using the Miles per Hour formula (M/H,MPH), why does it take a rocket 3 hours to travel 80 miles with an average speed of 26 MPH (Miles per hour)?

My dog can run faster than 26 MPH.... is this a retarded rocket?
