Eee PC 1000HE is more brand new model, i know because i just bought 1 yesterday..

I believe the 1008HE is newer, but not forcelly better since the S101 is more expensive.

Tosspot timewaster craps on for 5 minutes. Doesn't even charge it up. No performance tests. Just waxeds lyrical about the champagne colour and form factor. What a big girl!!!!!! Don't waste your time.
