I wanna meet Makim some day! Sucks I dont live in Canada anymore :( I moved to the States a few years ago. I went to Toronto for my brothers graduation like 2 years ago. I havent been to Canada since! I miss it so much!

It just amazes me,All these people who clam to be martial artists seem to have forgot that we are all on the same path to self mastery.Yet here they write that this is crap or thats crap.Not once that I know of,has a Systema or any real artist for that matter.spoke any crap,there the ones telling you to come try it,check it out.But no, its easier and safer for the wanna be a warrior to sit behind there computers,safe in there little homes,and make clams that they can't prove.

@ShawnShaffer He's just demonstrating technique. If he was really doing these moves we wouldn't be able to see the subtleties that make them so effective. stop acting like you know everything.
