On Nov. 30, 2010, Tufts University announced that Anthony P. Monaco, who currently serves as pro-vice-chancellor for planning and resources at the University of Oxford, will assume office as the thirteenth President of Tufts University next summer.
Jim Stern, chairman of the Board of Trustees, introduced President-elect Monaco live from the Coolidge Room in Ballou Hall on the Medford/ Somerville campus. The event was webcast live.
