Hi! my name is Kelly. I have been watching these you tube weight loss transformation videos for yrs now. I have now decided to make my own to help me to lose the 65 lbs i so badly need to lose. I hope to get some good advice and tips to help me along the way. Thanks!

  • Meal1-all natural peanut butter whole wheat bread sandwich,6-8 strawberries, 1/2 cup egg whites

    Meal2-6oz chicken, veggies, 1/2 cup black beans

    meal3-6oz chicken, 1/2 cup cooked rice( this week white next week we need to start brown rice)

    meal4- protein shake

    meal5- 1/2 cup egg whites, veggies( preferably spinach)

    meal6- 6oz ground turkey, veggies

    maintain water intake at no more than 1 gal per day

    1/2 cup of g2 Gatorade after workout

  • I wanted to congratulate you on your progress so far! I've lost over 100 lbs from my heaviest, and I wanted to tell you personally that not only is it possible, but the world becomes a MUCH nicer place as do all of the people in it when you get normal-sized!

    Biggest incentive? Imagine walking into ANY store and getting whatever you like in there because you can fit into the sizes? Wet Seal, Forever 21, department stores...It's the best!

  • Hi Kelly I have been up and down all my life .There is no quick fix.Exercise I keep a nice flat belly with crunches I do 500 every other day .Start out at 75 and work your way up your belly will quickly go away .Diet is also a must .Now I got to take my own advice .Good luck u can do it.
