@jabberwolf As you can see my comments are a year old so why are you just now commenting. Don't call me stupid and don't curse at me. You don't know me. I WAS one of the sufferers for 12 years, Nonetheless, I lost my house anyway so who cares. I am much happier without all the stress and I learned many great lessons that are priceless. Never said I was entitled to anything, but what is right. I do right by people. Unfortunately, everyone is not that way. Have a great day.

All I am looking for are answers. Teach me the right thing to do... Don't take advantage of me, don't ignore me when I want to know how things work. Show me how I can pay taxes in my unique situation. Tell me why I was never able to get financial aid when I was told that I could get a free education. Where is the truth really. us because they thought we would loose our home. It is because of my faith and prays and people that stepped up to help me I am still in my home. After 12 years I've made up in my mind that I will never pay a mortgage again. I know their are benefits to home ownership, but I will buy outright cash. I have not enjoyed part of my life. I've had seven jobs including my own business that has kept me afloat when the jobs failed. So what about those who really need the help...I am doing my research.

Wow. Where do I start after reading thru all comments. What about my story where I was raised by my single father who all of a sudden died when I was 14. By 18 I was paying a mortgage I did not choose. I thankful that he left the home for me and my brother, but it has not been easy. I've been struggling for 12 yrs from the start. My sister and brother in law, never worked, filed for bankupsy twice withing last 15 years, never paid for their taxes, defrauded their clients. 2005-6 bougth two houses , no down payment , pulled out hundred of thousand in loans and now they will be bail out . This will destroy the credibility of binding contracts. wich affects the credibility of all the financial instintutions.aaaaa

I think he used to word loser in the context of those who lost their mortgages, not in the context of the character of those people.
