Here's a little guide i threw together. This is one of the best training spots in the game. Costs absolutley nothing, basically. Please watch and enjoy.

Just a note - For me pots isnt a option , it's a must it does speed alot of exp ^_^

you should use prayers like chivalry or piety so u dont need attack or str pots
