Hey Dony i got an Ariens 10 horsepower snowblower, and its a BEAST. but i have a problem with the reverse gear. its does all 5 in forward no problem but the Reverse gear just slips a bunch. what could it be? if it was the friction disc the other 5 gears wouldnt work either right?

Great vids I appreciate you posting them. I have an old MTD 640F about 16 years old has been a workorse for me here in the Northeast U.S. I have looked at some new models and various websites out of curiosity more than anything else, I intend on keeping mine as long as possible still runs strong but is getting pretty rusted. What is your opinion of the China built Powermore and LCT engines that are now being used by many manufacturers today especially in sub $1000. units?
