@eihcim636 yeh since I made that comment, I did a bit of hacking on my home edition xp. As gpedit.msc can only be found on xp proffesional, it doesn't come standard. But I downloaded the gpedit file that was made for proffesional, and put it in my home edition windows. then I added the file to the run command and wala! i can help u if you want yeh
