It's Aimee. Muahaha, yet another Youtube account for me to wreck. Let's start the mayhem...

So... this video has one loooooong story! Ready? Let's go!

So kind of panicked when my music teacher said that we had our GCSE Music recital and we each had to perform [if you're interested, I ended up doing two, one singing, I'll try and upload it sometime if I can find the recording]. I'd being learning this piece by ear for about 2 months, trust me, that's a long time when you're sitting in front of a piano with a cd player, a pile of blank staff/sheet music and nothing but the rain outside to accompany you! Yes, I get so bored during the summer holidays and Christmas holidays and half terms AND do you WANT this list to go on?!

I tried to finish this in a rush, meaning about one week before the evening I had to perform. Thanks to Tim [aka Ryan, no questions please] by the way for making an awesome vocal tune to this which I needed to calm down with XD Also thanks to Arnold for publishing that sheet music to help me with a few notes!

Then a couple of weeks later, we had the inter-house music competition. My face = O_O or OMFG HELP ME! when heard the other music teacher's verdict and also the little piece of white paper with the finalists name on it. Do you KNOW how many people attend my school, not including teachers? I just figured this is one whole rant so I'm going to finish it soon!

So I did a really bad performance in the sports hall, quite similar to this recording actually. I messed around with the sound with my super awesome editting software by sony to cut out my brother's remarks halfway through XD

This is a wonderful piece. I haven't played Final Fantasy apart from say, part one on the Sega master system. I had no idea they had such nice piano music in this game.

Thank you for the comment. I didn't think that the music would be this good either [it sounds so much better on the Playstation 2] until I heard this when my brother was playing the game!

M'kay, I owe you a giant video rant, so here goes.

How in HELL can you play that well? I mean seriously, I would cut off an arm and a leg to be able to play as well as you do. *goes to fetch knife* And to think that you did that by EAR amazes me. I've tried playing by ear, and damn is it hard! The way you play is just completely amazing and the music was so beautiful as well! I really need to find that piece... You, miss Aimee, have got TALENT with a big big T. (:
