@Ammyai there are rocks that have been dated back to billions of years...so that pretty much disproves that point right there.

the helmet would've most likely incinerated 100000's of miles away from the ground.

@05ekul Common sense says it's an alien (not from earth) micro organism that had contaminated the rain. An organism that has no identifiable DNA. If you listen to nasa's "planitary protection officer", then it is simply a red algae that somehow was ejected out of the oceans around india, into the atmisphere, and somehow had it's entire DNA structure ripped out of it, while still maintaining the shape of a basic life form.

@ cscmole
I, too am Catholic; however, to believe that a "race" such as us humans who, evolve, comsume and kill, is the most important thing in "Gods" eyes is, quite frankly rediculas. Maybe "God" did create life; but sure as shite, He did NOT create Man!
PANSPERMIA/EXOGENISIS is a likely source, given that of all the 1000s/100,000,000s of universe out their "we" are the most intelligent? Not fucking likely when we can't even agree with each other or make sensible compromise!!!
