  • Someday I'm going to find those singers...

  • I remember this spot totally. My pop watched this stuff.

  • Although I come from Delaware myself, seeing this intro on YouTube made me go out and collect several Shaw Brothers DVDs, including THE FIVE DEADLY VENOMS, the 36th CHAMBER OF SHAOLIN/MASTER KILLER movies, and CHALLENGE OF THE NINJAS! Learning about New York television during the 1970's-80's has made me more of a film buff; I ended up getting KING KONG and several GODZILLA movies when I learned about WOR-TV's HOLIDAY MOVIE SPECIAL on Thanksgiving and Black Friday!

  • Dad! Order some chinese food! Chinese Super Ninjas is coming on!

  • Man, this brings back memories... "Drive In Movie" was the showplace where one could watch "Dracula" movies starring Christopher Lee or kung-fu movies starring Bruce Lee. :P

  • fucking classic, SHAW BROTHERS FOR LIFE

  • @dme3o Both the vocal portion, and the sax portion is "Alone at the Drive-In Movie". A soundtrack from "Grease".

  • yi, yi, yi, yi, yi, yi, yi, yi ,yi, yi, yi ,yi, yi, yi,yi,yi,yi,yi, yaa! + sax solo. Channel 5 should bring it back on Saturday afternoons featuring karate flicks,or maybe modern.

  • Who made this song? Sounds like a version of "Beauty School Dropout"...?

  • Besides WNEW/WNYW, one other Metromedia station I know of ran "Drive-In Movie": WFLD/32 in Chicago. Would anyone have any idea as to whether KTTV in Los Angeles and/or WTTG in Washington, DC would have also shown this skein?
