Well I could never find the lyrics anywhere, so I decided to try and go for it myself, so I attempted finding the lyrics online, got something then made slight adjustments as I saw fit. This video still isn't perfect but I did what I could so please be kind. Thank you!
Leannán sidhe is a fairy woman, a muse who in return for inspiration feeds off their life force, kind of like a succubus, or La Belle Dame Sans Merci.

Were I in the town where sports prevail
between two barrels of sweet brown ale
and my fond Paistin upon my knee
tis I would sing to her pleasantly

'where spokes/spuds prevail '- I think it's 'sports' which is a common expresion in Ireland for 'Fun, activity' etc

I believe it is a song sung by a man whose only love dies. And how he will never seek another because he knows he will see her again when he himself has died.

How could a nursing child have "ciocha geala mar bhlath na gcrann"?. Its about a Leannan si.
