it depends on what you are willing to go with out, most motocrossers only wear chest protectors to stop roost, i personally only use a light roost guard, if you do off road, or enduros then i would think about keeping them both on
isn't one supposed to wear back protector aswell while using chest protector? I uses both but it makes me look really fat but I don't want to skip one of them.I just want to know how people juses their chest protection, without back protector or not?
