I'm rocking a bit to get into an almost complete extended planche pushup. Will be perfecting these in the next few weeks, but they're getting there.

hey if you're training like that, I think thats not the most efficient way, you should go progressively. At firt, learn frog stand position, then the straddle planche, and then extend, I guess that's the most popular way

i find this harder than with the fingers pointing forward somewhere between 0-90 degrees.

i might try that soon, im on about the same stage
not sure how effective it is if you dont try to keep it up there without momentum though...

i might try that soon, im on about the same stage
