1. Thanks for the compliment, but I don't think I actually jump that high or far. The secret is to use your second leg like a whip (snap it up and forward just after you launch with your lead leg).
2. I wear Merrel shoes.

@theeyofylus That's what I was saying! You have beast balance! How do you train for balance btw? I really need to. And when I saw the first park I was like "wow! this guy is (no offense, sir, you are amazing!) kinda old and he is still beasting out with some really amazing parkour! I wanna be like this guy!" you are a true inspiration! =D

@Zarek49 LOL! Thanks for the compliments. You know what I did? One summer I spent tons of time on bike rack bars, walking back and forth, trying to stand still without falling. It's really hard to turn around without falling. Then jumping up and holding balance, etc.
