I am going to get Vanguard now! Bought it back at launch - had crappy comp + Vanguard was having a crappy launch = I.F.A.I.L. game back then - seems like it's deff. worth the try!

Storyline?! Where? You obviously haven't experienced Lotro or FFXI or GW1, otherwise, you wouldn't say there is a storyline in VG.
I like VG, don't get me wrong, but don't claim a storyline when there isn't one.

@elocke2424 There's not an overall arching storyline, there are storylines are key structures and the world itself.

Thank you for the vid. Well done, I must say.
Off-topic: I'd like a game that has specializing in crafting with an in-depth system like this and specializing in adventuring. I don't know why, but I'd find that verrrry cool. Before EQ2 came out I was reading stuff that said it would have something like I said, but it didn't. Oh well.
