  • it honestly all about the style of your work, and the camera, editing, and directing techniques that you use. it came off at amateur. the basics of exposure, WB, some rack focusing, DOF, and a moderate DSLR goes a long way in professional appearance of your project.

  • @ItsQuaid yeah i understand i just wanted to make a "different" video something not along the lines of a short film. But now im more knowledgeable about the entire film industry. Im getting a Canon T2i. For the price it delivers a lot in my opinion.

  • nice approach. story telling is really hard to do. try a short that takes a more artistic and symbolic perspective on ur story. use natural things and cinematography, and film techniques to portray what you're trying to say, and then use one song that best gives the right feel of emotion that u r trying to convey.
