Actually that is a person in a chimp suit that's been cgi-ed to have a chimp face. Its a friend of mine who is an irish dancer and is also very short.

I just watched an expose on how chimps are trained for tv/movies. They get kicked and beaten and when they are too old, they're left to rott. Absolutly horrible. Fuck Arby's
