MEG'S POV (CON'T)
I walked back to the dresser where all the girls were finishing getting dressed again some of them gossiping about some plan to go to the clubs later and the others were with Liz and Sara waiting for me. "what happened?" Liz asked when I got within whispering range. "Nothing I went and we talked that's it." I said walking over to my table and grabbing my clothes. I changed quickly not bothering to take off the make up and grabbed my bag. "Where are you going?" Sara asked putting her make up back in her bag. "I'm taking my brother for dinner he hasn't talked to me in two days so I take it we have things to sort out." I answered picking up my bag. "Alright then, I guess I'll see you tomorrow." She said smiling at me. I nodded and said good bye to the rest of the girls and headed down the stairs to the main the room. There were still some people mingling in the room and drinking at the bar. I was on my way to the door when a figure moved out of the corner of my eye and a man walked out in front of me. "Hello there." He said smiling at me. The guy was roughly around my height, tan, dark hair and eyes. "Uh hi?" I said alittle alarmed at a random person suddenly getting in my face. "I just have to tell that out of all the beautiful women on that stage I couldn't take my eyes off of you." he said smiling widely. Cheesy very cheesy. "Uh thanks I guess?" I said trying to side step him but he moved in front of me again. "I'm Taylor." He said smiling widely again. "Megan." I said. "Look I'm sorry but I have to be somewhere." I said looking at the clock on the wall. He frowned and stepped out of my way. "Hopefully we'll be seeing a lot of each other." He said confidently and I nodded. "Ditto." I said almost sprinting to the door. I ran to my car pushing that random conversation to the back of my skull and focused on getting my brother to talk to me. I went straight to the restaurant and left my car for the valet. I walked into the dimly lit room and found Kris sitting at a table waiting for me. "hey." I said walking up to the table. He looked up at me and nodded. I sighed and sat down. We sat there in silence for a few minutes until I finally got sick to my stomach with it. "Okay seriously let's just get this over with." I said and he nodded again. "Oh my god would you stop nodding please." I said and he was about to nodded and he stopped himself. "Sorry." He said. "Kris okay I'm sorry that I went behind your back to do this and that you don't you like the fact that I go out there dressed like that and do it but you have to get over it. I get it you're my big brother and you have to look out for me but I'm not a little kid anymore I can take care of myself and I want to do this I know I've only been there for only a week but I love it." I said stopping to take a breath. He nodded and I groaned. "Nod one more time-" "Megs, I know you like it there-" "love" "fine love it but you have to understand how I feel seeing my little sister up there in that kind of clothes it doesn't feel good." He said and I smiled. "It's fine trust me its more nerve wrecking actually wearing it but can we please just go back to how we were a week ago? And keep my job at the lounge?" I asked and he sighed. "Don't nod answer me." I said and he smiled. "Fine but I'm not going to like it." he said and I laughed. "I never said you had to." I said and he laughed. "Your boss is a total bitch though." He said and I burst out laughing. My brother not is more of the sweet heart type of guy you know you're a bitch when Kris says you're a bitch. "Yes she is but today she actually stood up for me the bitch has a soul." I said and he laughed but stopped when something caught his eye. I turned to see Carolina walking in heading straight to two guys sitting a few tables off. Both guys stood when they saw her and hugged her the second she was within arms length. I shrugged and turned back to my brother but he kept his eyes on her. "Kris." I said. "Hm." He said absentmindedly. "Ew are you checking out my boss?" I said and he looked away from her looking like a little boy caught with his hand in the cookie jar. "Ew you're disgusting!"
