Why is it that this administration has such a difficult time understanding "Private Property"? The Town Board just seems preoccupied with paving and building very expensive roads to very rich people. It must be nice to have friends in Government who can call up the local Department of Public Works and lay down a mini highway at no cost!

First Ms Heyman gave Ms ALdersly's rich friends at Huntington Hills Estates new roads due to "flooding control", but forgot to tell the truth at a meeting with the chief of police and failed to mention that one of those FREE 870ft elevated new asphalt roads built by the town led to three homes, one of which was another board member appointed by Ms Heyman. Then they paved Spring Valley and Hoffman Rd at your expense and luckily they had a very expensive report by Labella Associates to prove to all the residents that this work was a number one priority and totally necessary. As we all witnessed with the Pinegrove quotes/ bids/ estimates they are very good with numbers and figures.

Our Town board must think there are only a few wealthy people living in Irondequoit, because they keep borrowing money for projects that benefit only a handful of friends at the expense of the other 50,000 citizens in our Town. The three roads in Hunting Hills Estates were built to a total of eight homes. It took them a year using Town Trucks, Labor and Materials costing over $500,000 dollars to finish that job. WOW!

The next job was Seneca Road leading to another dead end and more private Property....The Mohawk Yacht Club and The Newport Yacht Club and a few homes. That cost a small fortune.

This project in the Video is for another rich developer, and leads to more Private Property and a new gated community/condo development and is paid for at taxpayers expense. Ms. Heyman sure has a lot of friends that need new roads to their Private Property. How about the word NO? Did that ever come to mind? Try this..."pay for it yourself!" or "we can't, it's on private property".

Thank you Linda Quinland for writing down everything Mary Ellen Heyman says to you so the Citizens of Irondequoit are kept in the dark and treated like fools. Without the Irondequoit Press acting as a personal printing press of Mary Ellen Heyman and the Town Board, none of this would be possible. Gee, why mention the supervisor lied in front of the Chief of Police and her own attorney in a meeting I had with them where she tried to cover up the fact that her board member was the benefactor of the new road?

Linda Quinland uses words like Slope Stabilization and Flooding Control to inform the public and reassure them that their tax dollars are being spend wisely to help very wealthy people on nature preserves, yacht clubs and new developments. Linda, how about using terms like, political contributions, Apprentice Programs, Labella Bids were a "mistake", New York State Comptroller, FEDS, District Attorney, Impending Investigations, breech of Public Trust, Misuse of Public Funds, Out of Town developers, Collusion and many more. Why fact check? That is such a bothersome task, and would require extra work and unnecessary typing on a keyboard.

Are you happy your taxes are being used to enrich connected developers and friends in exclusive estates where millionaires live? Are you a millionaire? Maybe you should donate the campaign funds of Heyman, Evans and Bello and then see what happens. Must be nice to be connected.

Now I understand why our taxes are so high and we still do not have a YMCA or Community Center or new Sports Fields. How about at least enough money to open the doors to the Library at regular hours? Maybe leaf pickup? So much for progress or a "Master Plan". I encourage you to call Mary Ellen Heyman at Town Hall and let her know how you feel.
