'Lullaby: The Unicef Anthem' has had its extraterrestrial premiere at the International Space Station, thanks to support from European Space Agency and NASA.

ESA astronaut - and UNICEF Belgium Ambassador - Frank De Winne was able to watch 'The Anthem' video directed by Mr. Barakatt on his laptop aboard the Space Station at the invitation of UNICEF Belgium. The ESA video-recorded astronaut and Anthem orbiting hundreds of kilometres above the earth in a gesture of support for the worlds children...and their inalienable rights.

  • LOVE IT!!! Kudos to Barakatt and UNICEF for this remarkable endeavor!

  • I think Unicef should work with Discovery Channel to promote helping children. Discovery reaches scientists, families, children and almost anyone that has love for people and the things we do. Just a thought.

  • How many hungry kids do we have on the international space station?!

Get your heads out the sand and start doing some thing constructive. Who are you trying to impress, the hungry kids or your donners. Greed is root of all evil. Let's iradicate greed, hunger, poverty, war, ............. will all be iradicated.

  • Very informative.

  • How many hungy kids could you feed for the price of an anthem and video clip?

Not knocking the idea of charity but I think time advertisment and any participation in one of these organisations should be freely given all time and material should be donated. Until then I will remain sceptical of all aid organisations.
