Boss DS 1 Oscillation Mod

This modification allows the Boss DS-1 pedal to oscillate much like a fuzz factory. When the switch is turned on the oscillation kicks in and is adjustable with the 'dist' knob and the volume knobs on guitars.

I replaced the LED indicator on the boss pedal with a switch which turns the modification on or off.

ALL OF THIS IS DONE ON A BOSS DS-1 (except the delay section: analog delay and reverse delay used)

do the Oscillation Mod works on fz-5 ?

possibly, probably not though since its a digital pedal. open it up and poke around with a bare piece of wire, connecting points on the PCB and see if yout get any noise

open up your ds 1 and you will see the back of the circuit board with a bunch of solder blobs. plug a jack into the input and hook up your amp to the ds1. turn it on and take a bare piece of wire and rub it alon the traces until you hear the oscillation.
