Choose the proper placement and right combination of jets for your particular needs. Quality jets equal lower energy costs. The more jets you have, the more you must increase the horsepower to increase the pressure from the jets. Consider this example: You have 2 hot tubs, each with a 2 horsepower motor. The first hot tub has 20 jets. The second hot tub has 40 jets. Which tub do you think will feel powerful? Obviously the first tub will feel twice as powerful as the second. The only way to create the same amount of pressure in the second hot tub is to increase the amount of horsepower. Twice the horsepower will also mean twice the energy cost.
