Why can't we ever discuss quantum Physics without all the New Age Hogwash or using quantum uncertainty as a justifcation for theistic belief systems ?
doctorHouse ... try learning about quantum physics... and what goes about matter... it talks about theoretically u cant prove the world outside... here is how it goes : if you would put a brain in a box , connected it to a computer which would send signals that it is in caffe drinking ... the brain wouldnt know anything else, it would see the world its in, with a body, everything as a perception, the brain itself would not know the difference. that is what they mean. i love this video
can you provide a scientific paper or reference which back up your hypothesis (not being rude, would like to know so i can form a balanced view of what this video portrays)
The are a ton of university papers out there if you do some digging.
Just search for 'The Observer Effect' and 'The Measurement problem' also understanding 'Wavefunction collapse' would be a help... i say 'understand' thats a bit ambitious, I dont think anyone truly understands it :P
mm, with the exponential growth in technology, information and knowledge accelerating the way it is, within two to five years we will probably have a completely different understanding to the way things are. (possible exaggeration but point made)
I remember this video when it only had a couple of thousand views, its been the video on my page for as long as I can remember, good to see the human race waking up, or at least on youtube :)
