Youth Fund: Board disowns reinstated CEO

Trouble is brewing at the national youth enterprise development fund after the board rejected the reinstatement of Umuro Wario as chief executive. The board is accusing the minister of overstepping her powers in reinstating Wario seven months after the board had fired him. The minister maintains Wario was cleared by the Kenya Anti Corruption Commission and has no reason to have him out.
