The Hamstring Stretch involves bringing one foot forward with toe pointed up. Make sure to lean with a nice straight spine, so as not to shorten the hamstring muscles.
The Quadriceps muscles can be stretched by bringing one heel toward the glut on the same side with your hand and pointing the bent knee towards the floor with the hips forward. If the leg goes out to the side, the quads are no longer getting an optimal stretch.
