LONDON KISS-IN & HUG-IN Against Homophobia and Transphobia

The LONDON KISS-IN & HUG-IN took place on Sunday 16th May 2010 in Old Palace Yard, outside Parliament.

It was part of the "GREAT GLOBAL KISS-IN": an official project by the Committee for the International Day Against Homophobia & Transphobia (IDAHO) and Gays.com.

This event was organized in partnership by the CENTRAL LONDON HUMANIST GROUP ( http://www.centrallondonhumanists.com ) and the GAY AND LESBIAN HUMANIST ASSOCIATION ( http://www.galha.org ) for the IDAHO: the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia.

The participants were serenaded by a fantastic HUMANIST CHOIR singing love songs.

The kissers and huggers were blessed by comedian Karen O Novak as the Cinnamon Fairy, distributing free breath fresheners to one and all!

The Secretary of the CLHG Josh Kutchinsky and his wife, artist Ginette Ashkenazy, unable to be with the Central London Humanists in London had a kiss and a hug in Sofia, Bulgaria, in solidarity with everyone supporting the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia on 16 May 2010
