This is a regional road leading from Ferizaj, a relatively large industrial city, to Shterpce, a relatively small touristic hotspot in southern Kosovo. As is evident from the video, the road is, most of the time, in an OK condition but it needs repaving and widening in some sections. There isn't a whole lot of traffic during the summer, but there's quite a bit of traffic during winter as a large number of tourists use this road to go to Brezovica, Kosovo's finest ski resort.

@StarmanFR Yes, this is in Kosova and I do live here. I do quite a bit of traveling around the country and have shot a lot more videos than I've uploaded. It takes a long time, something I don't always have.. :)
