  • A week ago during a soccer game this big girl fell on my knee and bent it the wrong way and it cracked and popped. But im no baby so i got up and ive been limping ever sence. • Im freaking out! 9 years ago in gymnastics I landed wrong on my vault and both of my knees bent the wrong way. I know it and it almost felt like there was a pop and then my knees felt so numb and i couldn't move them and it hurt so bad but i was always too shy to tell my coaches what happened so i kept training on it. They became so swollen and today they still give me so many issues. Is there permanent damage? Please help me im crying because they hurt so bad still! im only 16!
