A Carne de Rã é leve e delicada,em alguns aspectos se assemelha com o frango e até mesmo um peixe. Mas se este anfíbio é feito por mãos francesas vira um verdadeiro manjar dos Deuses.
O chef Wagner Resende do Le Maráis Bistrot desenvolveu quatro receitas com a nossa amiga e eu ababei escolhendo um deliciosa Rã a Provençal , vale apena conferir porque depois desta vai ser mais facil engolir SAPOS.
