How are people who are paying $30,000 a month or more in child support stupid? If the judge orders you to pay you HAVE to pay, you have no control over it. Do you think people wanna pay that much? hell no! if you are ordered to pay ANYTHING, and you don't pay, you will be in contempt of court. People go to JAIL for not paying the amount they are supposed to pay or not paying at all, and their wages are garnished and income tax checks deducted for not paying what they were ordered.
