@Vertfreak101dotcom I need this Basketball Training bad. If I could hook up with one of you guys I would, but iam in Michigan, Smh.

@kljaja995 you are right, you must head up to make passes not down to defenders feet. it doesnt matter if you are attacking or making some combinations. if you want to play big basketball you will do that exercises with head up to attack or sth like that

he cant use any of these ball handling skills as a point guard because his head and look is always down...this would be much more useful with looking forward :)

@kljaja995 As we explain in some of the drills we're concerned with developing a quick/powerful handle while, in others, we focus on court vision and keeping your head up. Notice in the very first drill eyes are straight ahead as they are in attacking drills!
Some coaches say "never look down" but we like watching guys like Kobe/Chris Paul as, in a 1-on-1 setting they DO look down to read their defenders feet! Read the feet, beat the hand and to do this they have to see the players feet.

@Vertfreak101dotcom well it's different when you play 1 on 1 and when you are PG that has to see all the possible options on the court :)

@kljaja995 Very true AND our job is to make you great in all scenarios! You want to be the PG who at the end of the game says "Lets get a 1-4 set with YOU making the play." You will see the court and you will learn to see the court and you will see other options. As you'll see in the program, with some drills we give you a progression and say :"Its ok to start looking down, then progress forward." Remember, you must walk before you can run!
