This song was not from the album "automamerican." This song was a non-album single and written for the movie American Gigolo. Rapture and the Tide is High were from Autoamerican.
Btw, the title "Autoamerican" has significant relevance to our slumping auto industry in the US right now. The band chose that title to support the industry and encourage Americans to buy American-made cars because the industry was going through a slump in the early 80's too, losing business to Japanese cars.

This song was written for the film American Gigolo. I don't know whether it was used in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, but I know for sure that Blondie was commissioned to write this specifically for American Gigolo.
