Super Mario Bros. 3 Complete 100% Playthrough Part VI - Life Preservers of DOOM!!

Finally, we reach the end of the Water Land and confront the dreaded Wendy O Koopa! After vanquishing her, we move on to World 4: Giant Land... this level made it's famous debut in the 90 minute Nintendo Commercial/Fred Savage movie "The Wizard" in 1989.

Ah, nostalgia. XD

SIDE NOTE: Yes, I realize that I used a Hammer to smash a boulder on the mainland and thus, negating any way of getting to the Mushroom Houses and Minigames on the islands of Water Land. This, of course, means that this isn't a true 100% run through of Super Mario Bros. 3. HOWEVER, every level that is playable and within my power to beat is going to be beaten. There will not be any skipped side-scrolling levels. So technically, this will be as complete a runthrough as I can make it. I suppose I didn't need the Warp Whistle at the end of the Desert Land, but that's neither here nor there. I did need to beat the Hammer Bros. that guarded it, though. XD Sorry if you feel like you've been gypped but this is still as comprehensive a playthrough as I can make it.

I didn't know that the Giant Land has made his debuts in the movie The Wizard, however I heard about this film when I watched an AVGN video!
