Amazing matwork where attacker from bottom coil locks both opponents arms and turns over for a pin. Notice opponent gives up by wiggling his fingers. This was at a Kohaku team tournament at the Kodokan May 2010.

  • BJJ=JUDO

  • @EunusRex you REALLY need to take the sand out of your vagina miss

  • "physical force is worthless against the science of the samurai" ossu.

  • I tried this in training today, and to my suprise (and uke's) I managed to get this precise technique to work. I've never thought of using my left leg to trap the arm like that. Great stuff! :)

  • @EunusRex Sambo's ground game is pure judo,. JUDO IS THE FOUNDATION FOR BJJ AND SAMBO. Sambo claims they adopted many styles from different cuultures within the soviet union, and probably did, however, Vasili Oschepkov brought Sambo the ground game from judo. Spiridonov may also have contributed as he learned jujitsu. but judo's ground game was more similar to today's bjj back than.

  • 真神奇

  • Do not get me wrong... I practice both BJJ & Judo AND I LOVE them BOTH equally!! To me they are two sides of the same coin!! and if you cannot see that, go ask someone... do not believe anything I say...

  • well enough said.... well not quite: do you even think a BJJ guy will be quick enough to do ANYTHING vs a Judo champion??? do you even think for a second he will block the takedown??? REALLY!!!! you can only do that if you do Judo yourself!!! if you are not convinced, just go aheah and give it a try!!!!

  • why do you think it is not allowed to overuse slams in BJJ??? just the takedown is allowed BUT you cannot pick him up and slam him....?? well, because IT HURTS!!!!! do you start ANY fight on the ground?? yeah it ends on the ground.. BECAUSE YOU'RE PATHETIC AT TAKEDOWNS!!!!!!.....

  • BUT I just know this will not convince you.... you like mats and rolling BJJ style?... well, try that on a hard surface say.... the street... or a rocky floor.... or even your room.... I guess not confortable anymore right?? now imagine getting taken down on these surfaces Judo style... with a slam!!....
