Your video card needs a reflow. Also you should place a shim around the GPU.
Not only that, your ram could be either overheating or needs replacement. I have seen this problem before and it's most likely the video card.

U say: is new the laptop, all partas are new and i have this problem,
the laptop is from 2005 or 2006 ... xD its old
and its the video card or the thing LCD panel called ;)

Hi, the laptop is not new of the year but is new all parts are new, i install windows vista and if i dont install the driver of the video card the laptop works fine, in the moment i instal the driver nvidia gforce go 7800 gtx start to do that, i dont know if change the video card and the next one do the same thing,
