I think this may be a download-able quest. Ep.2 has no quests unless you download them.

unfortunately, no, but, to get to the west/east towers, you have to beat the Gal Gryphon, and i believe do seat of the heart (not sure on that, i dont really bother with much of episode 2 except for ult temp)
im only going to go to the towers once my RAmar reaches around 150 (120 ATM, hunting a needle and Yas 9k)
