You are a fool to think that martial arts only is about competing against others.If you have defeated all others,then only one challenge remains,the greatest of them all,defeating yourself.Why is it the greatest of them all,you may ask?The answer is simple,because it is a never-ending one,you can always push yourself a little further.The only way to end it,is when you have truely given up the self,the ego,you won't have any necessity of competing,winning or losing,life or death is meaningless.

@libriano91 you can also try the challenge of flying off a 5 story buiding while flapping arms wildly. The only way to know is to try. For all of us who aren't gods, comparing to other piers serves as a good referencing point to know how we manage.

The seldom seen side of Tai Chi and not something you'd see being performed in central park. Though I am sure it is just as therapeutic! Beautiful sword play, if it were ever offered in my area I'd love to learn the technique.

now, I studied a wudang qigong an some taijiquan at the wudangshan academy. In the zixiaogong, the nearby temple, I found this anmd some other videos. He ist the cousin of my teacher Zhong Xueyong.
