Sunwing Hell Trip in Cuba -Varadero Airport

Look at the scene when our trip is delayed for 24hrs. Sunwing gives us $75, but hell guys are scrapping, smoking in the terminal. Sunwing plain out lied to us about fixing the plane and left us here for hours. Cuban security did nothing. It was just like a scene out of Lord Of The Flies. Smoke, Booze and Stress what a combo.

air transat did that to us too! our flight was suppose to leave at about 7 in the morning so we got up at 2. and air transat just did not come until 9pm that night and we were stuck in the hotel lobby for 13 hours.

Our plane was late only 1 hour(in VARADERO AIRPORT) because it was delayed in Regina but thanks to our captain we arrived to Toronto ON TIME:)

Yes but I think Canadian goverment will fine Sunwing because we have a law voted by the NDP MP and this law is giving the obligation for the airlines to send a passengers to the Hotels in case off excessive flight delays.
