Nese e perdorni margarinen ate hudheni nga frigoriferi sepse margarina nuk eshte yndyrre natyrore dhe jo vetem qe ta shkaterron zemren dhe qarkullimin e gjakut, por edhe ate te trurit.
Vajrat jo te rafinuare si psh ajo e ullirit eshte per tu sygjeruar. Edhe peshku te hahet. Pasi qe nuk mund te hajme ate non stop rekomendohet Omega 3 ne forme te tabeltave.

Yndyrra e peshkut (Omega 3) eshte essencial per zhvillimin e trurit. Eshet shume i rendesishem edhe shume pak e dijme. Vaji i peshkut jo vetem qe e zhvillon trurin por edh ei ndihmon atij te mendoj kthjellte, e zhvillon edhe aftesine e te folurit edhe pamurit.
Pa zhvillimin e trurit nuk kemi as zhvillim te jetes te kenaqur normale.
