  • @chessinfantry At least you said please.

  • @ferociousgumby please stfu, nobody cares about your dumb shit kid

  • cheap episode to make

  • Hey! He's in Hazzard County!

  • I Am Legend.

  • People did that "operator, operator" jiggle thing right up to the time of rechargeable phones. It went back to the 1920s when you could bring the operator back by jiggling the cradle, and since it was on TV and in the movies, people just did it. It was kind of like slapping a hysterical person: think about it, isn't that the worst thing you could do?

  • Cars were cars then.

  • TANKS YOU!!! I'v been trying to find all the parts to this ep for ages :) ( I wasn't even born when these were made :D )

  • LOL! The telephone booth door scene was hilarious!

  • Notice that this is the same town square as in "Back To The Future" (in the Universal Studios backlot).

He should've gotten his dime returned to him by the pay phone, since he didn't complete an actual call. Just calling the operator didn't cost anything.

After seeing this as a kid (as a rerun, a few years later) I thought it would be extremely cool to wake up one morning and find the world deserted. I could do anything I wanted that way, with nobody around!
