Actually, @ 1:13, when the ridiculous narrator states "here he's hanging 20" he not only sounds like a moron, but clearly reveals he doesn't know jack (russell) about surfing. It's called Hanging Ten because a person stands @ the tip of the board with all 10 toes hanging off the nose. Buddy is nowhere near the nose, nor is it possible for a dog to have all 20 nails/toes hanging off the nose simply due to the way they stand on all fours. So while Buddy's definitely rad, the announcer is obvs not.
