My dog Spunky also hated the vacuum cleaner and I never thought much more about it than he must have hated the sound, but the way you put it really made me think about it.

It seems to me you are slightly on the agnostic side, because quite frankly nobody can truly know everything.
I think thats why some people find it hard to assocaite creation with God, is because it is hard for someone to fathom. Sometimes the best answer to any question is that you don't always know.

well, some people interpret a certain portion of scripture of "do not associate with unbelievers, seperate yourselves from them, come out from among them", as, trying to ram their concept of theological thinking down people's throat, telling them they're going to hell, and getting angry and yelling and screaming, and calling it a holy righeous anger. those people dont' really know scripture that well.

An old pastor friend of mine once said, some people who are christians can definitely be a lot meaner than those who don't believe. I think I"ve met some of them. They think they are justified in any action they take because they believe. I'd hate to be in their shoes when standing before Jesus when that day arrives. Good thing we are not accountable for one another, only ourselves. I have enough to deal with on my own. LOL!!
